Over more than 100 years, the temple has been preserved and renovated by the local people and still maintains the two main festivals, Thuong Dien and Ha Dien, to attract the participation of many people in the region. In 2016, Thanh Hoa Thot Not family was ranked by Can Tho City People's Committee of Historical - Cultural level at the city level in architectural art. The communal house was built in the middle of the 19th century by Thanh Hoa villagers in the middle of the 19th century with the name Thanh Hoa Trung Thon Temple to worship the gods and the predecessors who had reclaimed and established the village. This temple is located near Thot Not (now known as Thot Not Commercial Center) built in 1852 and was simply a temple at the time, it was only built in 1902 to worship Bon Canh Thanh Hoang of Tu Duc King (5th year).
