Can Tho: Continue to implement Directive 16 until further notice

Accordingly, the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee requested the Director, departments, heads of agencies, departments, city branches, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts to continue implementing measures to prevent and control COVID- 19 according to Directive No. 16 / CT-TTg of March 31, 2020 and Directive No. 15 / CT-TTg of March 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister until a new notice is issued by the City People's Committee.

Earlier, on the afternoon of April 15, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired the Government's Permanent meeting with the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 prevention. Thereby, accepting the proposal of social isolation until April 22 for the City. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and 10 other provinces are at high risk of spreading.

In group 2, Can Tho City and 14 other cities and provinces are at risk. This group will continue to strictly implement Directive 15 and have a roadmap to implement the Directive 16 to 22.4, depending on the practical situation.
